Salvation is deliverance, or freedom, from the authority and control of sin. According to the Word of God, you will be saved from sin (Romans 10:1,9-10), enemies (Luke 1:71), bondage (Acts 7:25), sickness and disease (Acts 4:12).

Salvation is a gift available to all who repent, change their attitude and direction toward sin, and believe in Jesus (Romans 10:9-10) and confess Him as your Savior and Lord.

You should become saved because God loves you and wants you to be saved so He can have a relationship with you (John 3:16; 1 Tim 2:3, 4). That is why He sent Jesus to earth to die for your sins. God wants you to have all that He has made available for you; abundant life, prosperity and health!

Does being saved mean I'm perfect? No, but you are forgiven (Romans 3:23, 24).

The price of salvation was paid by the shed blood of Jesus Christ. In 1 Corinthians 6:19, 20, the apostle Paul says that you are not your own, but you have been bought with a price. Jesus paid the price for you to receive the gift of salvation.

Jesus is the only way to have a relationship with the Father (John 14:6). (Acts 4:12) also says that there is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved.

Pray this prayer now to become saved, and begin your relationship with your creator today!

Heavenly Father,
I realize and admit that I am a sinner. I repent of my sins and ask you to forgive me. You said in your Word, " . . . Whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved" (Romans 10:9-10). I am calling on your name, Father.

You also said, ". . .if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that Jesus was raised from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation" (Romans 10:9-10). I believe with my heart that Jesus was raised from the dead so that I may live eternally. I confess Him now as my Lord. In Jesus' name I pray -Amen.

Hallelujah, you are redeemed from your old life, in right standing with God -all things are new!
