Dear Partner,

On May 17th of this year, the Holy Spirit said to me, "Prepare for change in July." I must admit I had no idea the extent of the CHANGE the Lord had in mind. Not only were Sue and I on TV and radio for the first time since going full time in the ministry, but after nearly two years of "seclusion" in prayer at the Ugly Building, we put over 7,500 miles on our automobile in forty days traveling the country to minister in four different churches. (Having all that driving time available reminded me of my early days as a praying truck driver.)

While in prayer on the road, the Lord began outlining additional changes He wants us to accomplish during this season. Because you continue to help us "feed His lambs without price" worldwide, you are as much a part of this ministry as we are. I wanted to send you an update to let you know about these exciting changes that will allow us to serve the people from the Master's table much more efficiently.

John 21:15-17  So when they had dined, Jesus saith to Simon Peter, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me more than these? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, FEED MY LAMBS. He saith to him again the second time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, FEED MY SHEEP. He saith unto him the third time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? Peter was grieved because he said unto him the third time, Lovest thou me? TV & RADIO PROGRAMS
For those of you who were not able to receive the TV and radio programs that were aired on Sid Roth's "It's Supernatural" ... you can see and hear them via the Internet if you have access to a computer, or have a friend who does. Just go to www.sidroth.org and click on the TV BROADCAST button on his home page. Then scroll down just a little and you can click on the July 30 - August 5, 2001 broadcast to view the interview Sid did with us. To hear the radio broadcasts, go back to the Sid Roth home page and click on the RADIO BROADCAST button, then scroll down to the 7/16-20/01 broadcasts to hear each of the fifteen-minute radio segments.

PLEASE BE PATIENT
When we were in Orlando, Florida, preparing to tape the Sid Roth programs, his producer said to me, "Gary, Sid's broadcast reaches millions of people. Do you really want to offer your tapes for free to that large an audience?" My answer was, "Yes! The Lord has never changed His original instructions to me to make the tapes available for free to everybody who wants them. After all, Him being God, I reckon He can afford it."

Although we have not received "millions" of tape requests to date, the number of tape requests has increased exponentially since those programs were aired in July. Please be patient with us as we work hard to catch up with this increased volume. In addition, we got somewhat behind on our regular tape mailings while being on the road for forty days. If there is a delay in receiving your tapes this month ... FEAR NOT! They will be coming soon!

THREE PHASE EXPANSION
Even before I knew that we were going to be experiencing this season of extreme growth in the number of lambs we are to "feed without price," the Holy Spirit gave me a three-phase expansion program to increase our effectiveness.

PHASE ONE - PROCESSING AND PRINTING EXPANSION
We have purchased and installed a new Dell Workstation computer and networked it with our older Personal Computer in order to increase our capacity to process all of the incoming tape and prayer requests more efficiently. In addition, we have purchased a new printer that has the capacity to do high volume "Duplex" printing, meaning we can now print on both sides of every page at a time. This new setup will allow us to have (eventually) up to ten different "terminals" that can be all be running at once in order to handle the internal processing and printing requirements of the ministry.

New software also had to be purchased, installed, and modified in order to be compatible with the file records contained on our old software. Everything is up and running now and the inevitable "bugs" are being worked out. Phase one is now completed.

PHASE TWO - TAPE DUPLICATION EXPANSION
We are renovating a separate office to be used for tape duplication only. Three new Sony, ferrite head (the best), tape duplicators are being installed there in order to increase our capacity to produce the highest quality tapes possible. The volume of tapes that must be duplicated now has far outgrown the physical space, and the tape duplicating capacity we previously had available. Another of our daughters, Amanda, has now come "on board" with the ministry to run the Tape Duplication department.

PHASE THREE - MAILING DEPARTMENT EXPANSION
We are acquiring a separate office for the purpose of sorting the tapes, placing them in bubble mailers, and placing the postage on each package. Again, the volume of tapes being sent out now requires we have additional physical space to keep the flow moving swiftly. We are acquiring a postage machine and electronic scale that has the capacity for such a large mailing operation. The target date for the new Mailing Department to be functional is October 15th.

IN CONCLUSION
As you can see, when the Holy Spirit says "Prepare for change," He means it! We are excited about all of this increase, but at the same time, we apologize that this period of "growing pains" has caused us to fall somewhat behind on the current mailings. Also, our time is so consumed during this season of growth that I am falling behind on responding to the many Emails and letters that are coming in. Again, I ask for your patience ... and your prayers ... as we work hard to complete all three phases of CHANGE given to us by the Holy Spirit.
